About me
Hi, I’m Eder! I Am Passionate About Discovering New Ways And Strategies To Achieve Our Fullest Potential In Both Career And Personal Life!
My Story
I was around 10 when I saw a computer for the first time. A friend at school whose older brother had one allowed us to use it here and there.
Only when I was 15, after joining a public tech high school program in Brazil, I became closer to computers and really passionate about their magic.
A whole new world opened to me: the internet at the school lab, programming classes, lab monitors and all the endless possibilities.
The school had classes in the mornings and afternoons. I spent every interval between them in the lab or the basketball court (I had to play to get a scholarship for a good education).
I spent so much time hanging out with the older students responsible for taking care of the school network that I eventually got an internship position when I was 16. At that time, I had to work to make ends meet, so this was perfect!
Eventually, with the help of my parents, I bought a computer, but it broke within one year. It took a couple of years before I could buy a new one. Internet? Only at weekends!
In the meantime, I used every opportunity to access the internet at school and work.
I was lucky enough that my employers allowed me to stay late at work to keep learning and gave me the keys to go on weekends.
I come from a humble origin, and yes, I had a lot of luck in my path. But not blind luck. It was luck that came from motion, from awareness. I had to prepare myself so that when luck arrived, I could take it.
But that can also take a toll too.
I spent most of my adult life seeking perfection as I dealt with impostor syndrome. I looked at every corner, trying to optimize each and every activity to save time. Then, used these new free cycles to look for other areas of improvement, ultimately immersed in an endless lifecycle.
After I burned out, I completely redesigned how I look at my personal and professional life. I started to live with more intention and respect for my wellness, my loved ones, and the people I interact with.
To help others, I decided to share my journey pursuing a balanced, more fulfilling life to be genuinely enjoyed.
